Hotel room blocks are filled. If you need to book hotel rooms and/or would like to be placed on the Riverhouse or overflow hotels wait lists, or if you need to cancel your hotel reservation, contact Sarah Herb at sherb@osba.org or 503-588-2800. Please do not call the hotel directly to cancel a reservation, or we will lose the contracted rooms.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE FEE

There is a $50 fee for each registration change (switching between in person and virtual) or cancellation received after July 1.

No-shows will be billed the full registration fee, including any registered meals.
