Both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to the desktop and mobile versions of the hub. To download the mobile app:
  • Search for CVENT events in your mobile app store, and download.
  • Open the CVENT events app, and type OSBA in the search bar.
  • You should see OSBA's 2022 Summer Board Conference.
  • Click the down arrow on the right to download the conference file.
  • Then click the right arrow to open the conference inside the mobile app.
To log in to both the mobile app and the desktop version of the Attendee Hub, enter your first name, last name and email address when prompted. You will then be sent an email with a confirmation code to enter.

Note: Each time you log out and close the app you will be required to log back in with this information.

Hotel room blocks are filled. If you need to book hotel rooms, add your name to the Riverhouse or overflow hotels wait lists or cancel your hotel reservation, contact Sarah Herb at or 503-588-2800. Please do not call the hotel directly to cancel a reservation, or we will lose the contracted rooms.

Participants asked to stop such behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in such behavior, OSBA retains the right to take action, such as but not limited to warning offenders or expelling them from the event with no refund and limiting future participation in OSBA events.
