Invitation : breakfast-debate of the Forum led by Camille Neveux, IT specialist for the weekly Journal du Dimanche, Tuesday, September 17th from 8:15 am till 10 am - Neuflize OBC 3, avenue Hoche, 75008 Paris
Big Data unchains all the fantasies so much its promises are numerous. Companies are accused of making too much (without control) or not enough (security)). If the customer management data was always a stake in targeting and in competitiveness, the yesterday CRM giants are not the ones of Big Data of today. The control of the big data require multiple skills which allow to value an offer as closely as possible to the expectations  of the consumer and, beyond, to anticipate them.

Among the evoked questions: The emergence of digital giants learning on the valuation of the personal data questions all the ICC actors. Is their suppleness approachable to any ICC ? And under what conditions? How to become big dated efficient? What skills and organizations do companies have to set up to adapt their model business and for which  purposes ? Which are arbitrations suited between the respect for data protection personal and the business concern ?

With the interventions of:
  • Bruno Perrin and Fabrice Naftalski, Partners, Ernst and Young, co author " Personal data and cultural behavior under the time of Big data: between the necessary protection and the exploitation(operation) in the service of the new balances in the economy "
