NOW...2017...the church thriving...hungry for the Word...sending their own missionaries!
On Tuesday, February 7, 2017 Bill will take off to Ethiopia again. Others will join him there. This time it is to celebrate the "The Silver Jubilee Anniversary of Gospel Expansion" among the SIM related Kale Heywet Churches in the Yirgachefe area. This means celebrating the sending of their own cross-cultural missionaries. Over one hundred have been sent out by these rural churches to places like Dubai, South Sudan, and other countries including their own. They are bringing in 45 of their missionary families to honor, esteem, hear their reports and have them challenge the crowd to sending more. Thousands upon thousands will be their to worship the God who sent his own son, the Lord Jesus Christ and who calls them to be part of His great redemptive plan. I am so excited and honored to participate!

Requesting your steadfast prayer.
- for safety in travel for the team coming from various countries around the world and for Grace as she stays home to help with the family needs.
- for the empowerment by the Holy Spirit to declare the Word of God with power and with eternal results.
- for the logistics of tending to the needs of the expected 30,000 who will be in attendance for four days.
- great encouragement for our M*slim background believers as we visit a Bible training center for them.
-for our time teaching at the Harding Bible School in Yirgachefe
-for good health for the team and the KHC leaders
- specifically pray for Bill, Drew, Kirsi, Jenna, Glenna, Stephen, Tim, Abera and Kursi.
