Two fantastic organizations are calling us to action, physical action. It’s all about wellness and encouraging us to get off our devices and out into the fresh air to connect with nature and transform our minds and bodies.
Sounds great, right! So here are your options:
Get off the beaten track on Caribbean Wellness Day, Saturday, September 12th, and enjoy a walk or run using a fitness app to track your route and journey. Share it on social media, then logon to Zoom to enjoy a Virtual Fitness Fair. Antigua's Wellness Ambassadors who will be taking part in the fair are Team Antigua Island Girls, Sir Richie Richardson and the Rambling Soles. It’s a great way to kick start your fitness regime or push yourself that little bit harder.
The Halo Foundation is also inviting you to ‘Get Fit, Don’t Quit’. Join them to not only reactivate or regenerate your wellness and fitness routine, but to also win some great prizes. You can do it all alone, or get your friends or group together and make it fun.
