Notice of Special General Meeting
Dear GV Clubs, Technical Committees, and Board Members,
In accordance with Clause 7.3 of the Gymnastics Victoria Inc. Constitution, Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting (SGM) of Gymnastics Victoria Inc. will be held at Geelong Arena on Saturday 15 October 2022 commencing at 3:50 pm for a 4:00 pm start.
Agenda
The agenda is attached here and forms part of this Notice.
It will be possible to attend and vote at the meeting by electronic link. A link to attend will be distributed and advertised ahead of the meeting date.
Business
The business of the SGM shall be to:
- Receive an update from the Board and invited speakers; and
- Determine subscriptions, fees, charges, or other levies for 2023;
Voting
Eligibility to vote:
- A representative of each Affiliated Club, a representative of each Technical Committee, and each Board Member shall have one deliberative vote.
- Any individual holding more than one voting position may cast only one vote.
- Proxy votes relating to business on the Agenda will only be eligible to be accepted by the Chairperson if received by the Chief Executive Officer no less than 24 hours prior to the SGM commencing.
- Proxy voting forms will be sent electronically to each club and available on the Gymnastics Victoria website.

Questions from members are welcome and should be submitted in writing to the Chief Executive Officer via roneill@gymvic.org.au by 5 pm, Friday 7 October 2022.
