With this in mind, here are some things you can do to help us help you:

Familiarise yourself with our health and safety policy and read the government’s Health and Safety Law leaflet. If you have any questions or concerns at any stage, talk to your workplace, recruitment agency or us without delay.
Learn about your rights under the Agency Workers Regulations and what to do if you don’t think you’re getting them.
If you ever have a grievance, problem or complaint relating to your employment, raise it promptly so that we can deal with it as quickly as possible through our grievance procedure.
Read our policy on working with recruitment agencies and let us know if you ever need support to source assignments – we will do our best to offer advice.

Overall, please take this as an open invitation to come to us with any questions or concerns relating to your employment, payroll or contracting life.
