***Notice of Voter’s Meeting***

A message from Pastor Herman: At the request of our President Brege of the Indiana District of the LCMS, I am calling a voters meeting on November 10, 2019 immediately following the AM Service.

Each congregation of the LCMS is invited to vote on an Amendments to the Synods Constitution which will amend the Constitution to Address Individual Membership and Advisory Representation.
Before you come to the voter’s meeting, be sure and read the details HERE. We will also have hard copies of the below resolution in the church office available for your convenience.  Anyone is welcome to contact Rev. John Silas for questions or clarification at lcmssecretary@lcms.org or 314-996-1417.  He is the best person to contact for questions.

My hope is to have us read and understand what we are voting on so that minimal clarification is needed at the time of the vote.

On Sunday, December 8th , immediately following the Come Hungry Sunday meal, we will be putting together care packages with personal hygiene items for men who live at the Home with Hope in Lafayette. Please plan to come out to ULu for our regular Come Hungry meal and an opportunity to serve those in need in our community. We will also be collecting personal hygiene items such as soap, shaving cream, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. beginning on November 24th at church. Thanks in advance for supporting this project!
