BM Solutions working hard for you
We work hard to help you get the right results for your clients and we continue to listen to your feedback. 2019 has been no exception; here are a few of our highlights:
  • Raising limits – We raised the Buy to Let limit from 3 to 5 properties.
  • Lending limit increased – We increased the maximum lending limit from £2m to £3m.
  • Reduced stress rates – We have reduced stress rate on our 5 year products to 4.5% for selected qualifying clients.
  • Simplified processes – We’ve introduced Webchat, we simplified our requirements for proof of gross rent on background Buy to Let.
  • Improved Portfolio Landlord Process – We have reduced application to offer times, provided an underwriter contact, introduced secured messaging and simplified requirements including an automated Customer Profile form.
Throughout the remainder of the year and into 2020 we will continue to work hard to help you help your clients.
