Amazing Grace
As 2021 comes to a close, the need is still GREAT! This month alone we have given financial support to 5 new women. They are all in safe and peaceful housing at our community partner, Awakenings House.
Thank God for His amazing and miraculous ways that He connects His people to do His work well! Grace Ministry cannot do alone, what we can do together. Every dollar that you have blessed us with has been used wisely to ensure that these beautiful daughters of our gracious Father are safe, well taken care of, and able to concentrate on becoming all that they have been created to be. Thank you to all who have donated and prayed. We thank you for simply believing in the work that God has called us to do!
We are moving full steam ahead in 2022! Our vision to continue our partnership with Awakenings House is moving forward. We have been supporting them with housing expansion at Villages of Hope. Stay tuned for the grand opening of the Jan Miller Community Center. They are also near completion of the first Tiny House which will give 2 more women a safe place to call home!!! None of this is possible without your good and faithful continued support!
In the Community
We are accepting gently used fall clothes that we can resell at Fifi's Consignment, 1608 Hendricks Avenue (San Marco location only). We would be grateful for more clothing donations for our account. The clothes need to be on hangers, not wrinkled or stained, and current fashions in the last 2-3 years.
A portion of the sales go to Grace Ministry to continue helping our ladies. It is truly a blessing to our ladies to be able to come and pick out clothing for special occasions, job interviews and church. Because of your clothing donations we are able to use the Fifi's store credits to help the ladies purchase their clothing.
Something this simple makes a HUGE difference in building self-esteem and self-confidence.
