  1. Teaching:             Professional Development
The Center’s program provides multimodal learning resources, promotes research opportunities, and increases institutional grant prospects.  This includes innovative teaching approaches, technological integration strategies, and instructional toolkits as well as opportunities for peer mentorships, faculty fellowships, and onboarding solutions.
  1. Learning:             Curriculum Enhancement
The Center’s resources align with areas of improvement identified by Institutional Assessment. The Center will consult with faculty to align curricula with South Piedmont’s core skills and program learning outcomes through globalization, experiential learning, and co-curricular enhancements.
  1. Leadership:          Academic Leadership

The Center will ignite the leadership potential of our educators through knowledge sharing and experiential learning opportunities.   The Center encourages and develops agile thought processes in areas such as strategic decision making and collaboration from every educator, so that they may lead from where they are.
