My son, Daniel, Sarah-with-an-h, and the Anderson, live in Charlotte, NC; and, as such, I travel the backroads of South Carolina a good bit (I live in Savannah, GA.) In the heart of the small-town-geography of SC on Hwy 321, the Columbia Hwy, is the fine town of Estill.
And in the heart of Estill is the deliciously fine Elizabeth's Ice Cream & Deli—my go-to lunch stop whenever I can schedule it; I recommend a Club sandwich!
