Good afternoon! As September wraps up let us focus inward and allow tensions, fears and emotions to release. We will continue these last few days focused on deep hip stretches as well as creating more stability in the sacrum. We will begin to shift the focus as we head into October by creating internal heat and strength in our abdominal region. Please join us.
Join Romy Phillips on October 24th, from 3:30-5pm MDT for a workshop focused on the Core. In this workshop you will be guided with a mindful approach to engage the core, help build support for a healthy yoga practice and improve function in daily life. Focus will be placed on Manipura Chakra, the energy center at the Solar Plexus that helps bring awareness and healing to associated problems in this region.
