The Dayton School District Board of Directors is seeking a highly qualified candidate with empowering leadership skills and exceptional experience in education administration to serve as Superintendent beginning July 1, 2023. The successful candidate must have experience as an administrator, outstanding communication skills, unquestionable integrity and willing to be involved in the community.

Location: Dayton, Oregon | Enrollment: 950 students
Salary: $160,000 to $175,000 annually, plus benefits

The successful candidate must hold or qualify for an Oregon superintendent's license and provide proof of compliance with OAR 333-019-1030 (COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements for Teachers and School Staff).

- Has experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing highly qualified staff.
- Proven track record of using school data and collaboration to build student success.

The Dayton School District serves approximately 1,000 students in one grade school, one junior high school, and one high school. The District employs a staff of 64 licensed employees, 43 classified employees, nine confidential employees, and five administrators.
