Confederates of the Shattered Zone5E is the fourth chapter in the adventure path written by Richard Pett for 11th to 14th level player characters. This adventure takes place on a shattered world, amid the abandoned mining colonies of the asteroid belt.
The Depths of Desperation is the fifth chapter in the adventure path written by Steven T. Helt for 14th to 17th level player characters. This adventure takes place on a water world with little to no land mass.
Mind Tyrants of the Merciless Moons is the sixth chapter in the adventure path written by Tim Hitchcock for 17th to 19th level player characters. This adventure takes place among the moons of a gas giant.
N. Jolly seems to have it in for me. I mean, do you know how much work goes into analyzing these intricately-woven books?? Kidding aside, I was absolutely positive surprised by a LOT I saw within this book. Being the 4th (!!!) kineticist book by his pen, I figured he’d have to run out of steam at some point. Quite the contrary. In stark contrast to the supremely amazing, yet also potentially problematic dimensional rift creating apex of his craft so far, this book provides a diverse and captivating conglomerate of unique options. Even the hybrid-archetypes reach a level of complexity that goes beyond simple excellent craftsmanship and reaches the level of artistry, making them better than quite a few full-blown hybrid classes I read. This is pretty much the epitome of a high-density, high-complexity, well-crafted book of evocative crunch. 5 stars + seal of approval, given sans hesitation.
