"Childhood trauma can lead to
an adulthood spent in survival mode, afraid to plant roots,
to plan for the future,
to trust, and to let joy in.
It's a blessing to shift
from surviving to thriving.
It is not simple,
but there is more than survival"

In this issue of Imagine!, we focus on

I pray it will encourage, support and challenge you
"Owning our story can be hard but. not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy - the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light."

The Gifts of Imperfection

to proclaim and manifest what you fully desire for your life.
So many of us are just surviving. Often not even knowing that greater happiness, fulfillment, freedom and more are even possible. I lived that way for years. Then, glimpses of a fuller and freer life started popping up. But I did not know if I deserved it. When I embraced the truth that all of us, including me, deserve a life of thriving,  I didn't know how to access it. I've spent years developing tools and resources to access thriving, which I am committed to sharing with as many people as possible. Imagine your life of thriving!

Sexual assault leaves negative impacts on bodies, minds and spirits.
Because of the silence about sexual assault and not knowing who to trust,
most people attempt to deal with these impacts by themselves
but don’t know how to get the breakthroughs they need.
Trying to "get over it" alone, many people engage in a constant cycle of thoughts, narratives and self-talk that limit their lives – relationships, career, finances, education, degree of happiness and personal fulfillment.
If you limit yourself, Taking Back My Life! is for you.

For almost 20 years, Taking Back My Life! has been transforming people's lives.

Next group begins Thursday, May 26th!
Group meeting dates are:
May 26
June 9,23
July 7, 21
Aug. 4,18

...We experience the world and ourselves in four ways: mind, body, spirit, and emotions. The interchange between these four ways of being, experiencing and knowing is commonly ignored. Most spiritual practice wonderfully engage body and spirit. Some traditions focus on the mind but overlook the body. And rarely do they engage the emotions in ways that help practitioners to process and understand what they are feeling. To live in the degree of inner peace, freedom, power, and joy most of us long for necessitates that these four ways of being are actively and intentionally integrated in our daily living....
