This video is a fascinating look back at how London's first Black housing cooperative got together and made their own houses. Using the easy-to-build principles of Walter Segal, this project is an awesome story of taking back the city in the face of racist housing practices.
Community Rebuilds is Hiring Low-Carbon Builders
Community Rebuilds, a natural and low-carbon building school/affordable housing builder in Moab, Utah is hiring! They're on the lookout now for construction supervisors, and are always open to office and building interns. You can be a part of their effort to build affordable housing on a new community land trust.
