Having A Difficult Time
Shopping For Groceries?

Meals On Wheels is announcing a new grocery shopping service for home bound elderly, disabled or those unable to shop. No age requirement. Our volunteers will shop at your closest Giant Eagle and deliver to your home. You pay for your groceries and add a $5 service fee. It couldn't be simpler.

Watch for an official announcement and complete information on our website in a few weeks.

NOTE: Our service is available in Erie, Millcreek, Wesleyville, Harborcreek, Fairview, Girard, Lake City, Edinboro and their nearby communities.

Grocery Shopping Volunteers needed

We need volunteers to shop for our clients. All six Giant Eagle stores need shoppers which includes Edinboro and the Tri-Boro area - Fairview, Girard and Lake City. This marks the first time we are serving clients outside Erie and Millcreek. You will shop at the resident's closest store and deliver to their home. For instance, the Edinboro store includes Albion; the Tri-Boro store includes West Springfield and the Summit store includes Waterford. Call 452-6930 to learn more.
