It's about how a raid in the Philippines on the headquarters of a firm called Avion yielded documents and information outlining that Backpage (a website often used for sex trafficking through "adult ads") does more than just passively let sex ads be posted. Rather, there were "indications that Backpage uses Avion to drum up business in the sex trade overseas."
