Praise and Thanksgiving for God's Gracious Work

Prayer Summits and Praying Like David

Greetings in Jesus!

Have you been praying?  I’ll bet you have!  That is my conclusion based upon how God is at work.

I asked you to pray about recent ministry opportunities in Boise and Bellingham.  And I asked you to pray that the work on Praying Like David… for Clark County would be completed.

Now what I get to report is, “Wow!”  What wonderful times these were!  The Treasure Valley (Boise, ID) summit was one of the best summits I have attended in quite a while.  Wonderful, deep times of worship and prayer. Great connections among pastors. Vision, freshness, encouragement.  Everything we love to see at a summit was there.  This picture was taken during a time when we were praying for Pastor Saeed Abedini, who is from Boise, but presently in prison in Iran.

The time in Bellingham was also very well received.  If you would like to see my 10 minute presentation at the fundraising dessert of Light of the World Prayer Center, you can watch it here.

And the files for the Praying Like David booklet have been sent to the printers.  I am very pleased with it.  We ordered 4500 copies.  That is 10% more than last year.

So, we are grateful for your prayers!

Intercessors Note

Now please direct your prayer attention to a few things coming up.
  • March 30-31 Presenting the Living Prayer Seminar in Rhode Island.
  • April 1-3 – Facilitating the Rhode Island Pastors’ Prayer Summit.
  • April 3 – Coaching the lead team of Love Rhode Island.
  • April 5 – The “Pick-up and Prayer” party for Praying Like David. Back home at our office.  Pray this tool would have great impact upon our county – from Resurrection Day (April 20) to Pentecost Sunday (June8).
  • April 19 – Sharing at a men’s prayer breakfast in Camas, WA.
  • April 25-27 – Presenting the Living Prayer Seminar in Zypherhills, Florida.
  • April 28-30 – Facilitating the Tucson, AZ Pastors’ Prayer Summit.
  • May 1 – Participating in local National Day of Prayer activities in Clark County, WA.
I need sensitivity to His Spirit in each of these settings.  My ability to present and facilitate will not produce lasting results.  Him graciously working in our midst will!

Also please pray about and note a wonderful equipping opportunity presented by our ministry partner, Strategic Renewal Ministries.  Please check it out.  This year’s conference will feature pastors who have modeled a strong commitment to both the word and to prayer, including: Alistair Begg, Al Toledo and wife Chrissy Cymbala Toledo (Chicago Tabernacle), Mark Vroegop, and many more.  We are also glad to welcome back HB London, who brings with him much encouragement and insight for local church pastors.  In addition, we will feature nearly 20 workshop offerings pertaining to preaching, prayer mobilization, leadership health, revival, evangelism, and family. The 6:4 Fellowship is a pastor-to-pastor com- munity that exists to encourage, equip and connect pastors toward the priorities of prayer and the ministry of the Word. Every pastor could benefit by being a part of this ministry.

Great encouragement in a great direction!

We truly appreciate knowing that you are praying. If you have time,  click here when you have taken these requests before the throne. This will take you to a page where you can let us know you are partnering with us so we can thank you personally.

Thanks again for your heart for Jesus and us!
