Official Launch of CTI Market Entry Camp in India
 
CTI President Walter Steinlin and Swiss Federal Councillor Johann Schneider Ammann will officially launch the CTI Market Entry Camp at swissnex India. CTI Market Entry Camp is a joint initiative between CTI (Commission for Technology and Innovation, Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research) and swissnex India. It is meant for swiss startups who are looking to validate their product and business model according to the Indian market. The launch will be followed by networking sessions with Swiss startups and local partners.

Bringing 'risk' to the forefront

swissnex India and Swiss Re India are co-organising the second lecture in the ‘Dealing with Risks’ lecture series. Titled ‘Health Risk Factors in Rapidly Changing Economies’, the lecture will be given by Dr Christoph Nabholz, Head of Business Development, Centre for Global Dialogue, Swiss Re, and Dr Subu Subramanian, Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Harvard School of Public Health. The lecture series will be conducted jointly by swissnex India and Swiss Re throughout 2015 & 2016.

Mr. Ankit Khandelwal, Management Consultant in Bangalore, has provided an interesting overview of the lecture by Dr. Mathias Weber on 'How technology is changing the global risk landscape'. He says, "One of the key future trends as part of my ‘Envisioning 21st century global manager’ was climate change and associated risks. It was necessary for future managers to prepare themselves for this upcoming risks. After attending the event, I can say that my perspective has widen enough to understand lot of other risks."
