The National Dairy Council is hosting a free Webinar on May 14th from 12-1PM CT. 
This webinar is titled, “Fat or Fiction: The Science of Whole Milk Dairy Foods within Healthy Eating Patterns” and will be presented by Matt Pikosky, PhD, RD, FACN and Katie Brown, EdD, RDN along with NDC Ambassador Leslie Bonci, MPH, RDN, CSSD, LDN.

Omega-3s are essential fatty acids that help feed the brain and keep it healthy. They are part of the process of building new cells.

Washington University St. Louis is conducting a study about the participation of people aging with disabilities in the community. Participants will respond to questions about their health and services they use/would like to use. Help spread the word and visit CEDAR Midwest for more information!
Help us recognize outstanding healthcare professionals! Our council is seeking nominations for healthcare professionals and healthcare profession students who promote healthy eating and active living in their communities. 
The application deadline is extended to May 20, 2019. We hope to see nominations from council members but also encourage you to share the application with your professional networks. Submission information can be found HERE.
