My introduction to dim sum came early in life, courtesy of my Cantonese grandmother. I must confess, though, it definitely wasn't love at first bite! We are spoilt for choice when it comes to dim sum in Hong Kong, so we have put together a list of our favourite restaurants – and we'd love to hear yours. On the topic of reader recommendations, keep an eye out for the results of our Readers' Choice Awards next week!
