Looking for a fun yet educational day out for the children?

Take a trail around the Petrie Museum to explore objects related to hair and hairstyling from Ancient Egypt. Then join children's author Kandace Chimbiri, for a hands-on activity and find out more about 6,000 years of art and culture from Africa.

Time: 1.30pm - 4pm

Ages: Aimed at 7 to 9 years old but all ages welcome.

Origins of the Afro Comb exhibition

It was great to see children from supplementary schools from London enjoying the exhibition last weekend.  
Well done for making the journey!

And there's still a couple of weeks left to catch the exhibition before it closes on 3rd November.
