NEW RAMM LOGIN OPTION
 

You'll have a new RAMM login option in the next week. We'll advise the day soon. The new Login (Beta) option will be at the www.ramm.com LOGIN tab. You should use this option and bookmark the link in your browser https://beta.ramm.com/. To use the old link (not recommended), which works only in Internet Explorer, bookmark https://apps.ramm.com/ramm/.

 
Pocket RAMM in the Field
 
USERNAMES AND LOGINS
 
Both you and your colleagues who have used RAMM since 1st January 2016 will be able to use your existing usernames and passwords to login to RAMM. All RAMM applications will work as before. Please advise your colleagues of these changes to RAMM access. Any problems - just contact Support
 
Firewall Settings
 
PROXY SERVERS AND FIREWALLS
 
If your network uses a proxy server or firewall to control security, the following settings here will need to be applied by your IT department. This will ensure that you continue to receive uninterrupted access to the Microsoft Data Services where RAMM is Hosted.
Forgot Your Password
 
OOPS - PASSWORD GONE
 
You might not remember your RAMM password when requested by the new RAMM Login (Beta). Luckily you can use the link right next to the Password field to create a new one. Or you can watch the video here to see what to do. Or contact RAMM Support and Roohi or Tracy will look after you.
 
 
Pocket RAMM
Pocket RAMM Users Read On
Synchronise Pocket RAMM
 
(1) Within the next week, on a day to be advised soon, Pocket RAMM Users will need to Synchronise completely using Pocket Launcher.
 
Folder Options
 
(2) Make sure you are displaying hidden folders in Windows Explorer by opening Windows Explorer and selecting the option, View > Options > Change folder and search options.

(3) The Folder options dialog will open. Click on the View tab and then select the Show hidden files, folders, and drives option. Press Apply and then press OK.
 
Delete Folders
 
(4) On the morning of the changes, after 9.00 am, you will need to reinstall Pocket RAMM on your device and this will require deleting the contents of the following folder from the device - C:\ProgramData\CJN Technologies.
 
 
(5) Start Pocket Launcher and recreate the device user(s) with your current User Name and Password.
 
 
(6) Synchronise your database. And after this step you will be able to work in Pocket RAMM again. Many thanks for your assistance with this exercise - Richard Gale, Business Development, RAMM Software Ltd.
