Throughout our lives, we have precious few opportunities to create a change. Maybe you have dreams of where you'd like to be, how you'd like to feel, what you'd like to do. I don't know what your dreams are, but you do. Take a moment and write them down – your first step towards realization.

This is your opportunity to create that change. Over the next 44 days, you'll embark on a new diet, lifestyle, and way of thinking, designed to heal your body and help you reclaim mental vitality. I know it works because I've done it. And so have countless others in my practice. But much of this will depend on you.

It's so easy to get caught up in all the busyness of life and lose our sense of peace and direction. And the gravity of our old routines and habits pulls us off course again. Don't let it. Make an agreement with yourself right now to give this your best effort. Find a friend or family member to do the program with. Make it your own and have fun with it.

Module 1-1: Examine

It's Time to Get Started!

Today begins your 44 day journey from where you are to where you want to be! In Module 1-1, you start by examining your perceptions and challenging the fears that may be limiting your experience of health and vitality.

I have found, and the primary medical literature reflects, that belief and mindset are the most important predictors of success. We want to set you up for success in this course by identifying and eradicating any limiting beliefs during this first week.
Module 1-1 includes:
  • Five lessons: Change your perception
  • Daily meditation: Removing fear of the future
  • One rest day: Day 6
The work in this module is designed for you to complete one lesson per day, with rest on the 6th day. Perform this week’s meditation for at least 3 minutes each day.

Module 1-2 will be released during the evening of Day 6, for you to begin the following day. If you need to skip ahead, you can do so, but only within each specific module. For example, this week, you can progress to Day 6, and then you must pause. We’ve designed the course to take 44 days so it requires an extended period of self-reflection and commitment to change.
It only takes 30 days to create a new habit. By committing to the Vital Mind Reset program, you are embarking on a profound period in which real transformation can occur, starting now!

  2. Watch both of the videos for Module 1-1.
  3. Read the first lesson and complete the activity for Day 1.
