Engineering Season at the Victoria and Albert Museum – London

Dr Hossein Rezai was recently part of a panel discussion at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London as part of V&A’s Engineering Season celebrating engineering achievements throughout the years.

The event brought together world leaders in the fields of architecture, engineering and economics to debate the role of infrastructure as a catalyst for urban regeneration.

Web Structures has been working with Singapore-based architect WOHA on the BRAC University development in Dhaka, the nation’s capital.
 
The Web Structures design team is providing its civil, structural and geotechnical expertise to the project.

Web Structures has appointed one of its senior structural engineers to spearhead its growing presence in China.
 
Zhang Mei Le will take up his new post in the practice’s Shanghai office in May. He moves to China from the Web Structures Singapore headquarters.

Putting MediaCorp in the picture

A stunning state-of-the-art broadcasting centre in Singapore began life as a competition entry from a talented international team of innovators including Web Structures.
 
The practice collaborated with two leading architecture practices – DP Architects and Maki and Associates – on the design and concept of the ‘broadcasting campus’ for media giant MediaCorp.
