In this season of celebration, I want to take moment to extend a heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who has donated your time, talent and hard-earned cash to the Unison Benevolent Fund.

When I reflect on this past year and the amazing supporters who have come out - and spoken up - on behalf of the work Unison does, I’m filled with a deep gratitude and whole lot of joy. Your efforts are what allow Unison to offer comfort and support to Canadian music makers when they need it most.

On behalf of everyone at the Unison Fund, thank you for all you do!

Sheila Hamilton
Executive Director

P.S. If you are still trying to find the right way to honour the people in your life this holiday, please consider a donation in tribute. Unison is grateful to accept tribute gifts in honour of colleagues, collaborators and clients.

SOME SPECIAL MENTIONS

A huge thanks must go out to DJ Fred Schneider and Host Jaymz Bee for making Unison’s fantastic November fundraiser - The Love Shack Dance Party - such a huge success. The best of 80's fashion was on full display and everyone who came out to shake it to their favourite retro tracks had a blast! Thank you to all the silent auction donors and to Robin BarkerFriskey’s Fritty Brigade and Anthony Passero Salon for bringing their styling talents to the party.

Earlier in November, Unison was honoured to be a of Wendell Ferguson’s celebratory show at Toronto’s Hugh’s Room. Congratulations on your induction into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame Wendell, and thanks for making Unison part of your big night!
