Happy Holidays

Enjoy a 15% Winter Discount

During the Holidays I often find myself reflecting back on the year and all the people and things that I am grateful for.  This year is no different.  While there have been a few challenges during 2014, the horses have helped me to stay grounded and present.  And despite those challenges there have been many gifts such as new partnerships, clients, & supporters along with people helping at the farm - all of which have contributed to business growth.  I continue to be grateful for the ongoing gifts that the horses have to offer me and those we serve. And deep appreciation also goes out to all the individuals and groups who come to EQnimity to practice new levels of self-awareness. Your strength, your trust, and your desire for change inspire me each and every day.

No matter how big or small, may you each experience the treasures that life has to offer this Holiday season and beyond.

Enjoy 15% Off.  Book this Winter.
New and existing clients continue to request personal sessions this winter.  To accomodate, we've moved the round pen closer to the barn so that we can continue to facilitate sessions. In gratitude for not letting the winter weather hold you back, enjoy a 15% Winter discount on your next session or package of sessions (new and existing clients) through 4/1/15. Groups booking for the 2015 season also receive a 15% Winter discount (book by 4/1/15). Contact us to book your next visit.

Reflecting Back on 2014:  Year-End Questions

It's not too early to start reflecting back on your personal and professional life during the past year.  Here's some questions to get you started:

1.  What did I learn?  New skills, awareness, experience?
2.  What did I accomplish?
3.  What would I have done differently?  Why?
4.  What did I complete or release?  What still feels incomplete to me?
5.  How healthy are my relationships at work and at home?  Who's helping, who's hurting me?
6.  What am I holding in resistance?
7.  What am I grateful for?

What other questions would you ask yourself?

Fundraiser Donates $1000+ for Spring Hill Horse Rescue
This past Fall EQnimity held a fundraiser for Spring Hill Horse Rescue. The 'Setting Healthy Boundaries' workshop held at One Mitten Farm in Shelburne, VT raised more than $500. A gift-matching donation brought the total amount to more than $1000 to support the important work that Spring Hill is doing to help horses in need.

Part of the Herd - Chelsea Robinson
Special gratitude goes out to Chelsea Robinson of Warren who has helped immensely at EQnimity this year. Chelsea has a B.S. in Equine Business from Johnson Wales University and assists in helping with the horses, barn chores, sessions, and workshops.  Thanks for all you do Chelsea!!!
