Wine, Art and Food Festival

The 4th Annual Wine, Art and Food Festival was a GREAT success! The culinary and wine seminars were all well attended and the Winemaker’s dinners were sold out both nights. The silent auction and artists’ donations helped in raising over $260,000! Another donation that went hand in hand with the event was a contribution from Jack Walker, our in-house sculptor. Jack sculpted a beautiful piece that staged a soldier handing a folded flag to the heartbroken wife of a soldier. All proceeds from this bronze will go towards the Folded Flag Foundation.

Thank you, again, to all who participated and made generous donations. A special thank you to Karen Severson and Fred Schremp for all their help in organizing and running the event! The Wine, Art and Food Festival is becoming a premier event at the ranch – we can’t wait to see how much we can raise in the coming years for such a beautiful foundation.

Ryder Cup 2016: Rock Creek Cattle Company v. The Club at Rock Creek

It was another great turn out for this year’s Ryder cup. The 16 person teams came together in Montana to represent their club August 30-31. In the end, RCCC was victorious in taking down The Club at Rock Creek 21.5 to 10.5! Both teams are already looking forward to meeting in Idaho next year!

Club Updates

The fall season also brings an end to some of our amenities:

With the changing season, the first tee time will now be 8:30AM, weather permitting.

The golf course maintenance crew is planning for a September 26 and 27 aerification to get the course ready for the winter.
9/8/16 – Jose's Poolside Grill closed
9/12/16 – Pool heater will be turned off
10/16/16 – Golf course and Locker Room services close for the season. Spa 1919 open by appointment
10/1/16 – Food and Beverage moves to a limited menu and will close for the season on 10/31/16

Off Season Events

We are now taking reservations for Thanksgiving! Cattlemen’s Club and the Creek Club will be open from Wednesday, November 23 to Sunday, November 27. We are looking forward to this great, new event and hoping to create a new tradition for our members and their families! Our New Year’s event is at capacity, but we are starting a wait list for those who wish to be put on it. We are working on the schedule of events! Please contact the Concierge for questions or reservation questions.
