New Year’s Week at the Ranch

Our members enjoyed an entertaining week at the ranch. Everyone participated in multiple activities, despite the cold temperatures! Ice skating, snowmobiling and sledding were among the favorites. New Year’s Eve dinner, prepared by Chef Benjamin and crew, was over the top fantastic. The fireworks were beautiful and everyone enjoyed dancing to ring in 2016. New Year’s Day brought everyone back to the Cattlemen’s Club for the 1st Annual Chili Cook-off. All eight entries, from both members and staff, were tasty! The honors went to Team Bennett Brothers of the Quirk Family. The Hollingsworth family entry claimed the Runner Up honors. It was a grand time for all. We are already looking forward to next year!

Schedule of Events for 2016

The 2016 Schedule of Events has everything listed for this year. Many of the great activities from years past plus some new events, both weekly and annually!

CPR and First Aid Training

Our year round staff completed CPR, AED and First Aid training in January. The class was taught by our own Jackie Bolster (Director of Housekeeping), who has been an EMT for seven years and holds her instructor certification by the American Heart Association. The instruction will help the staff be better prepared to help you, whether it is a simple bee sting or something more serious!
