Are you good at what you do? Do you know what is holding you back? Assessing capability maturity helps organisations understand and deal with gaps that exist between their current state and the achievement of organisational goals. Arguably an explicit and early focus on the most critical capabilities and the right investments in resources, effort and management attention are what separate success from failure.

Read more about capability maturity in the article below authored by Business Aspect Partner, Jacob Formann, where he outlines key considerations for selecting a Capability Maturity Methodology (CMM) framework. Plus read case studies from organisations that have used CMM and ITSM frameworks to prepare for transformation success.

An Update from our Managing Partner
In business there is nothing more critical to success than having loyal customers and employees. It gives me great satisfaction to say that we have not lost a single consultant or client since we became part of the Data#3 group. Indeed the rapid growth of Business Aspect over the last 18 months means we have recently made some significant changes to our management structure to ensure that we can operate as effectively as possible at a national level. You can read more about that here.
Whilst we will continue to operate independently from Data#3 we will work collaboratively to offer you the best mix of skills and experience necessary to navigate challenging business conditions and take advantage of the opportunities for growth. On behalf of all the Partners and staff at Business Aspect I’d like to thank you for your business and we look forward to working with you in the future.
