Hacking your New Year's Resolutions - 12:30 - 4:00 pm
New Year’s resolutions are usually poorly designed. Most are either a distant goal (running a marathon) or a loose commitment (eat better). These kinds of resolutions take a lot of mental energy to maintain on a day to day basis. No wonder so many people abandon them! The solution? Start with a clean slate by bringing peace of mind and completion to the past year, and develop some core practices for the new year that will support your most important goals. This is the perfect way to create your 2019. Get ready for a wonderful experience of reflection and creativity. Bring your favourite mug, your favourite pens and your favourite friends with you!
