Annual Giving Update:
Please help us unlock $14,450 in matching funds! For EVERY class that reaches 100% parent participation, $850 will be donated to Annual Giving by the Mary Ann Bendler Fund.
- No donation is too small - our goal is parent participation!
- Parents' donations will count towards all of your children's class participation rates
- If you aren't sure if you have given yet, please email mwuttke@standrewsepiscopalschool.org
- You can donate online here, or bring a check or cash to the School office with "Annual Giving" on the memo line

Important Re-Enrollment Information
Re-enrollment information for the 2023-24 school year has been sent out to all cottage families eligible to re-enroll. Please follow the instructions in the email to re-enroll. The re-enrollment process schedule is as follows:

Re-enrollment is very important in planning for the following school year. Please complete the re-enrollment process and deposits on a timely basis so we can begin offering spots to new families who have applied for the 2023-24 school year.

The Honeybees 1 class has been exploring the Winter season this month, and this week we learned about winter animals. They read many sensory books and played “What’s That Animal?” to encourage literacy and cognitive skills.

Our 5th Grade writers deconstructed complex sentences then diagrammed them across the floor of our classroom. They are truly understanding how words and phrases can be manipulated to get their point across.

Looking Ahead Class Visits
To help students learn more about the next grade level for next school year we will have a “Looking Ahead Class Visit” for students currently enrolled in Tadpoles through Sixth Grade on Friday, January 27, 2023. Students will be welcomed into the next grade level. Teachers will begin with an introduction to the next level classroom and life as a PK4 Rainbow Fish, Kinderbear, First Grader and so on. We look forward to sharing the next grade level with all of the students.

Prospective Parents
We are currently accepting applications for 12 months through Grade 8. To be assured of timely processing, applications should be submitted as early as possible to be assured first-round admission consideration.

From the Financial Aid Office
Families interested in applying for financial aid for the 2023-2024 School year must submit a financial aid application form to the St. Andrew's Episcopal School Financial Aid Office by February 1, 2023 signifying they would like to be considered for financial aid.

We partner with School and Student Services (SSS) in our financial aid process. The entire application process is processed online and is kept confidential. SSS provides a Family Resource Center to assist families in learning more about applying for financial aid. 2023-2024 Frances Joseph Gaudet Scholarship Application - Due February 3, 2023
The purpose of the Gaudet Scholarship Program is to advance the education of black African American students by providing need-based partial scholarships for attending primary and secondary schools that offer rigorous curricula in preparation for entry to and completion of college. Any interested African American parents and/or prospective parents are encouraged to apply.
