As many of you will already know, David O'Sullivan has retired from Village Insurance and I am now the principal Adviser for the company. Those of you I have not yet had the chance to meet in person, I endeavor to do so in the coming months.
There are a lot of exciting new schemes at the moment, the one not to be missed is the Southern Cross Health Care. If you sign up before 30 September, you will not only gain a 10% joining discount on your first year's premium, but you will also be eligible for cover on pre-existing conditions after 3 years continuous membership. Time to start thinking about those ailments that have been bothering you for some time and take action.
We also welcome Jo Goodsir to our team as Client Service Manager. Jo now looks after our client database and will be your first point of call when you contact the office. It is great to have her on board.

As I coached the Havelock North High School junior football team at the weekend, and the sun shone favorably on us, it certainly felt as though spring was in the air. The football season and the winter sports that many of you follow are coming to a close...as we now eagerly await the start of the Rugby World Cup. Here's hoping McCaw can lead us to victory one more time!
