Happy New Year! I hope you had an enjoyable festive period and managed to get a chance to relax, unwind and enjoy the summer.
Change is afoot in our household as my daughter will be heading to the deep south in a fortnights time to commence her University years at Otago. Meanwhile my son settles in for his final year at High School.
This leads me to remind my clients that if you have any family heading away to university and they are in their first year in halls of residence their contents are covered under your policy for the first year. However, if they are flatting for the first time, don't forget to let us know and we can get their contents insurance sorted, as it also includes legal liability which covers any accidental damage caused to flats....better to be safe than sorry!
