Fall Classes, Retreats and Community Groups


Upcoming Classes:

Mindful Eating:  6 week class taught by Basheerah Enahora, RDN, LDN, MS, MBA on learning greater inner wisdom to change your eating habits.  Class will be on Wednesday evenings, 6:30 - 8:30P beginning Oct 10th. For more info and sign up, please see:

Introduction to Mindfulness: 6 week class taught by Lindsay Bridges, MD on Tuesday evenings 6P - 715P starting Oct 2nd.  Space still available. For more info see: http://ccmindful.org/mindfulness-intro-class/

Mindfulness Book Group:  7 week group meeting lead by Lindsay Bridges, MD on Wednesday mornings, 10:45 - 1145 on Thich Nhat Hanh's book Miracle of Mindfulness, starting Oct 3rd.  Space still available. For more info and sign up, please see:

Upcoming Retreats:

Taste of Mindfulness Fundraiser Retreat: November 10th 5 - 7p. Save the date for a night of mindful nourishment and community building. A light dinner will be served along with mindful eating practices. Donations are welcome and appreciated in order to support our Mindfulness Teacher Training Project. Sign up announcement coming shortly.

Fall Retreat:  December 2, Saturday 9 - 11a.  Save the date for our Fall Retreat. Details and sign up coming.


On-going Groups:

Tuesday Evening Community Mindfulness:  7:30P - 8:30P  Join us for our evening drop in meditation group, a time for mindfulness practice and community building.

Wednesday MorningsCommunity Mindfulness:  9:30A - 10:30A.  Join us for our morning drop in meditation group, a time for mindfulness practice and community building.

Park in the big lot behind the building. Enter the building door to the left of the “Light Factory”. Walk up one small flight of stairs, to enter the main floor level.  Then turn left to walk down the hall, through the fire doors. Walk all the way to the end of the hall and room 213 is the last room on the left.

If you need an entrance with no stairs, please enter through the outside main doors marked “International House” on the right and follow the hall to the left all the way to the far end of building, through the fire doors, to Room 213.
