Taste of Mindfulness Fundraiser Retreat: November 10th 5 - 7p. Save the date for a night of mindful nourishment and community building. A light dinner will be served along with mindful eating practices. Donations are welcome and appreciated in order to support our Mindfulness Teacher Training Project. Park in the big lot behind the building. Enter the building door to the left of the “Light Factory”. Walk up one small flight of stairs, to enter the main floor level. Then turn left to walk down the hall, through the fire doors. Walk all the way to the end of the hall and room 213 is the last room on the left.
If you need an entrance with no stairs, please enter through the outside main doors marked “International House” on the right and follow the hall to the left all the way to the far end of building, through the fire doors, to Room 213.
