Dear <<First Name>>

Are you interested in creating an inclusive organization, one in which you feel you can be yourselves, innovate, create and be productive? I am writing to you today to invite you to join WIN’s 2017 Corporate Forum on Creating and Inclusive Organization. The event is hosted by Thomson Reuters and takes place from 9.30 to 16.15 on 30th March in Geneva.

As we lead and work in a global environment of unprecedented change, we find many new challenges.
  • What does today’s technology innovations, socio-eco-politico changes and women’s marches (to name only a few) mean for business? In light of these developments, we explore what we need to do and who we need to become, in order to create the organization of the future. We discuss what an organization would feel and look like if everyone felt valued and contributed with their very best to something that truly matters.
  • We also ask; would a more inclusive organization foster greater innovation? And what could this look like? What would it mean to and for business and society?
  • We will learn, hear and share experiences on how we can connect to new thought ideas embrace diversity, create common ground and grow environments of inclusion in order to facilitate better and faster innovation leaps.

This event is relevant and open to everyone excited about a thriving future, conscious business, inclusion, diversity, gender matters, women in leadership, strategy and talent management. It will enrich your business and yourself.
