Chickpea Vegetable Tagine

This week's new members recipe, a Chickpea Vegetable Tagine is a delicious, plant powered one dish meal. Science has confirmed that diets containing a diverse range of vegetables have healthier gut bacteria.  So whilst eating vegetables is important, eating a good variety is beneficial for your gut and also nutritionally.⁠

This takes just 15-20 mins to prep and then into the slow cooker or stove top to cook for a tasty meal with only one pot to wash up.⁠
