E-learning will save time and money

E-learning has helped companies with their bottom line. Executives have reported improved time to competency and a reduction in learning times has meant massive savings on salaries and training costs. Learners are not bound to a specific day and time to physically attend classes which enable very flexible training arrangements (e.g. using off-peak hours of the day for training).

Congratulations!

Why e-Learning is important

Some experts are stating that e-learning is the catalyst that is changing the whole model of learning in this century. We also believe e-learning is revolutionizing learning especially in aviation and logistics industries. The learning no longer needs to be a passive experience, with the learners all sitting in front of the teacher and "learning by telling", e-learning makes learning an active experience whereAirportCollege.com:

· Solutions utilize story-telling approach using interactive footage with real life scenarios engaging the learner and strengthening the learning achievement.

·In contrast to the traditional classroom training different instructors may pass on inconsistent information resulting in a variance between people doing the same task.
