Making Sense of Bournemouth
–  free workshop

Bournemouth Tourism Management Board is holding a free workshop on 25th November examining how you can promote your business to customers by tapping into all their senses - sight, sound, touch, smell and taste.

It will be held at the Carlton Hotel from 1.30 to 4.30pm.

This growing problem will increasingly affect tourism businesses as people with dementia and their carers travel. To help businesses respond positively, we’ve compiled a guide offering the latest research, tips and downloadable resources to ensure people with dementia always feel welcome.
