Rauch Respite Summer Camp: A Summer of FUN!

Summer camp is underway and the group is having a blast. During science week, everyone helped make homemade "moon sand" and "shrinky dink" bracelets. Cowboy week included the group's ever-popular visit to Tommy Sheets Show Horses where they got to see a horse being shod and took home a lucky horseshoe. This week is holiday week, where a different holiday will be celebrated every day. Visit Rauch's Facebook page for more pictures and updates on summer camp activities.
The Carnegie Center for Art and History hosted a special craft event for individuals with disabilities on June 25. This was the first of the quarterly "Carnegie Friends" drop in craft events. Attendees had a great time creating quilt squares by using pieces of fabric and glue.
