Okay! We’re six weeks out from the highlight of the adventure-riding year. On September 17 the Northern Congregation rorts into life and riders from all over the country will converge on Green Valley Farm in the New England region of NSW to share a few quiet drinks, a heap of yarns, and maybe even a technical pointer or two.
If you haven’t locked away your plans yet, now’s the time to do it.
Here’s the info you’ll need:
Venue: Green Valley Farm
161 Jones Rd, Tingha,
NSW. 2369
Call Kathy on (02) 6723 3370 to book your campsite and food and/or cabin, or email vickeryclan@activ8.net.au
Accom: Camping and cabins at the venue. Call them to book. There’s plenty of motel, pub and camping in surrounding areas as well – towns like Inverell and Glen Innes. Last year there were more 250 riders, so make sure you get your accommodation sorted before you leave.
T-shirts: This year we’re trying something different. You can download the T-shirt design from HERE and print as many T-shirts as you want. You can right click on it and SAVE AS.
Activities: There’ll be a few loops for riders who want them, skills demos by BMW Motorrad’s Miles Davis, a show’n’shine, and word is there maybe a test-ride bike or two, a supplier with gear, and HARD kits will be displaying the new 700RR and 710RR.
Make sure you register at www.advridermag.com.au/northern
Do it now! Latecomers have to swag it with the ostrich.
