Queenstown Research Week

For 2016 QRW is "on tour". Instead of the usual Queenstown base, QRW will be held at the new conference centre at the Rutherford Hotel in Nelson. Key QRW meetings in Nelson will be MedSci, QMB, NZSBMB, ASCEPT and eight QMB satellites. To date 66 international speakers and 200 top level NZ speakers have been announced with the plenary opening night speaker being  2012 Nobel laureate Sir John Gurdon.  By any measure this makes it a truly large scale international meeting and it doesn't get any bigger than this in NZ science meetings.
