As we look forward to warming up with the sunnier months it becomes easier to settle into our practice - days are longer and we feel more energetic to enjoy them. It is a good idea to try/keep to a daily practice remembering not to judge ourselves when it slips off our radar. Try experimenting with a morning and an evening practice and find a time that best suits you. It is the commitment and motivation for a self-practice that makes such an impact.

Mindfulness/MBCT 8 Week Course

Friday Mindfulness Practice

An opportunity to develop your personal practice with focused support over an extended period. There will be the opportunity to study the original Buddhist suttas and examine the applicability of the teaching in relation to your direct experience. Yoga and Mindfulness

A family holiday with activities for children. Each day will start with a morning yoga practice followed by a vegetarian brunch and close with a guided Mindfulness practice. Non- participating partners can come along for a reduced price.

The day starts with a 2h30 workshop of Yoga flow and Mindfulness practice. Yoga Unlimited founder Hugh Poulton has worked in senior roles within operational and general management worldwide for over 20 years. He is experienced and comfortable working within all areas and all types of organisations, Private, Public, Government, Educational, SME, and Multinational.

He has taught yoga and meditation on a one to one basis and in groups since 1995. Hugh is a full time registered yoga teacher and has worked as a Mindfulness Teacher at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, Oxford University Department of Psychiatry, Warneford Hospital. He has taught more than 40 Mindfulness and MBCT 8 week courses.
