It's time to get your yoga mat out again if it's had a summer holiday - regular classes have started and I'm looking forward to being with you all again.

NEW for Chipping Norton on Wednesday mornings there are 2 yoga and mindfulness 1 hour classes. I'll be teaching from 9.30 - 10.30 and Sarah (who's been assisting in many of my classes this summer) will be teaching 10.30 - 11.30. We are delighted to be hosted by The Chequers Pub and on market day. We'll be in the glass room at the back - first come first served for a place for the 12 week term. We're starting on 24th September and there'll be a break for half term. As an introductory offer we're offering a term's 1 hour class for £95 instead of £120. My Burmington class will now start at the later time of 11am.

There are lots of mindfulness courses about to begin. Get in touch quickly if you want a place as some have a waiting list or are nearly at the class limit.

The next event is the day at Ilmington on September 28 with yoga, mindfulness and a guided walking meditation over the hills to Hidcote. Half day and full day options.

Further ahead - November 7-9  I'm collaborating with the Freestyle Yoga Project at a weekend retreat in Whichford. If you want to make a weekend of mindfulness without the yoga you can come to the Friday evening (£15) and Saturday evening (£15) with the day of practice on Sunday 9 November.

£45 each session including lunch £85 all day The day starts with a 2h30 yoga and mindfulness workshop. After a vegetarian lunch the afternoon session will focus on a guided walk with a mindfulness practice in the open air - encouraging you to experience the sights, sounds and smells of the Cotswolds landscape from a new perspective.

A collaborative weekend retreat with me and the Freestyle Yoga Project. Join us to be immersed in movement - body and mind. Mark and Anna will be bringing their dynamic practice to the Cotswolds working with handstands and core strength. I will be leading mindfulness sessions exploring the mobility of the mind on Friday and Saturday (prior to the separate Mindfulness Day of Practice at Sandford).

Yoga Unlimited founder Hugh Poulton has worked in senior roles within operational and general management worldwide for over 20 years. He is experienced and comfortable working within all areas and all types of organisations, Private, Public, Government, Educational, SME, and Multinational.

He has taught yoga and meditation on a one to one basis and in groups since 1995. Hugh is a full time registered yoga teacher and has worked as a Mindfulness Teacher at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, Oxford University Department of Psychiatry, Warneford Hospital. He has taught more than 60 Mindfulness and MBCT 8 week courses.
