Does anyone else agree that summer is WAY TOO SHORT!? At MotoQuest it seems to fly by at an exceptionally fast pace thanks to the epic adventures we get to be a part of. If you haven’t joined us yet, be sure to contact us as soon as you can because several adventures have already sold out for 2020.

If you HAVE been on a MotoQuest trip, you know that photos don’t really do justice to the adventure but we tried to grab a few that remind us of the amazing time we had this summer.

Things started off strong with our first trip of the summer heading from Portland, Oregon, to our rental facility in Anchorage, Alaska. This trip is very popular so make sure you contact us if you are interested.

It was a bit rainier than we would’ve liked for this year’s Isle of Man/Wales Adventure, but our team was prepared and still took in all the sites. This is probably our most popular tour and is already sold out for 2020. If you have a lot of buddies who want to go, we can develop a custom tour like we did this year.

If you’ve never traveled this pass before, you probably don’t realize how special this photo is. On our first Prudhoe Bay adventure of the season, the Atigun Pass was perfect and sunny. The long days helped melt a lot of the snow and the riders got to enjoy a rare sight!

We have a few adventures in Japan in the spring, but we take our Hokkaido trip in the summer. This photo is special to us because it’s in front of a shop we’ve been taking riders to for over five years. The proprietor, the cutest old lady in the world, told us that this would be her last year running the shop. It was a sad parting, but with smiles and hugs, we left her very humble Ramen shop in Yubari, Hokkaido.

We had a great group for the Best of Alaska adventure and this side trip is always a favorite. Nothing like standing in the snow with shorts and a t-shirt. This trip really does have it all!

The backcountry of Alaska isn’t for the faint of heart but it also leads to some of the most epic scenes of the state. We had a great group ready for an adventure this year and can’t wait to get exploring in 2020.

From all the photos that came in from our Women’s Alaska Adventure, we could tell they were having a great time! But this photo brings us back to Alaska and being right up close with every experience. Whether it was relaxing in hot springs or chilling with sled dogs, the ladies gathered memories that they will remember for a lifetime.

In between all our regularly scheduled tours, our team was booked up with custom tours, mostly in Alaska. We had it all this year, including this bachelor party trip that hit some of the best parts of Alaska. If you have a group ready to take on a private adventure, we can help you out!
In addition to all the guided adventures we led this summer, many guests wanted to take on the great outdoors on their own. From short weekend excursions to longer adventures, our adventure-enabling team was ready to make sure every group that left our four rental locations had the time of their life. This couple actually had just taken the Alaska Backroads guided adventure and wanted more so they rented for a few extra days.
Capping off our adventures in Alaska was the Northern Lights trip. We had a great time discovering one of the world’s most beautiful natural wonders. We obviously had fun with some of our river crossings too!
