AccRx video consultation capability change
You may have received an email from AccuRx about video capability changing.
Video functionality is continuing but not as a standalone service.
This email from AccuRx refers to the standalone video contract that NEL previously had with AccuRx.
Going forward, the video capability will be through the online consultation provider.
So practices who select AccuRx as their online consultation provider will continue to receive video functionality through AccuRx.
If eConsult or Klinik were selected, then they have their own video tools that practices can use.
We are also looking at whether we could get additional video functionality through MS Teams as a backup option.
Any other queries, please contact nelondonicb.digitalfirst@nhs.net

We will respond to individual queries. However, we thought it would also be helpful to provide some further information that should help to answer the queries and reinforce the claim process.
