Pop-Up Hanami is this weekend! It's a bit surreal but it's almost time for UBCAni's biggest event ever!
The exec team is super excited (and maybe a little bit scared) to host this event for y'all, and we've finalized a bunch of information that should be up now on the Pop-Up Hanami website.
This includes the menu for the cosplay cafe, the stage schedule, and the floorplan!
If you were on the fence about buying a ticket, check out the website or our Instagram and see if anything catches your eye.
There isn't much to say now other than thank you all for your support and see you all on Saturday! :D

It's time for Movie Night! 📽
Since everyone is super busy due to Hanami, we'll be chilling out this weekly in Buchanan A201 and watching some movies!
We'll be watching 2 straight bangers picked (semi-randomly) by the exec team.
The first movie is Josee, the Tiger, and the Fish! Check out its trailer here

We'll also be hosting the regular artist meetup in B216, but the viewings room will be showing the movies from 5 PM onwards instead of the regular viewings schedule.

If you want to run for an executive position with UBCAni for the 2023-2024 year, now's the time for you to take the first step!
It's been a great year so far, and before we finish the last stretch before our term is over, we're opening applications for the next team! The application will consist of a Google Form to fill out below where you can choose which position you'd like to run for.
All applicants will be required to attend a short interview with the corresponding exec for their role, and give a ~5-minute presentation at the UBCAni AGM that is scheduled for March 24th, after Pop-Up Hanami!
