At Fine Balance Yoga we teach therapeutic yoga classes to trauma survivors, teaching them healthy self-regulation strategies to empower them to live connected and embodied lives. We also train yoga teachers and clinicians in the trauma-informed yoga theory and techniques required to support their clients in their healing, long-term stability and recovery.

MOLLY HAS WORKED IN COMMUNITY-BASED RAPE CRISIS CENTERS AS A MEDICAL & LEGAL ADVOCATE, PROVIDED CRISIS SUPPORT & PREVENTION EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES & HAS DIRECTED A CAMPUS WOMEN’S CENTER.SHE teaches YOGA AT RAPE CRISIS CENTERS, YOGA STUDIOS, COUNSELING CLINICS & SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES. IN 2012, MOLLY FOUNDED THE BREATHE NETWORK, A NATIONAL, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT CONNECTS SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE WITH SLIDING-SCALE, TRAUMA-INFORMED, HOLISTIC HEALING ARTS PRACTITIONERS.
